To play, all you neede were a few jute sacks into which the partecipants would climb, holding them uo to chest height. 
In this position, they would jump with both feet toward the finish line. The winner was the one who reached the finish line first. Anyone who fell was eliminated. This game was traditionally played during the festivities of Saint Calogero.
