    Sipa

Numberous sqaures connected in a specific pattern were drawn on the street. The game was played by two or more partecipants. Each child had a small stone (called “rocca”), which they had to throw onto the first square. From there, they would hop through the pattern on one foot, moving from sqaure to square, trying to reach the last one. Once at the last square, they would turn around with a half spin and go back along the same path, retrieving the stone on the way. If a player stepped on a line or lost their balance, their turn ended and passed to the next player. The winner was the first to mark all the squares with their stones by successfully completing the entire course.
