The “Coddra chi sardi” is a very tasty fried dish which hilights the particular predominance of savory Sardinian dampened by the flavor of pasta fried in olive oil.

When it has doubled its volume once leavening is complete, we need to heat plenty of olive oil in a pan at a very high temeperature, then place a spponful of dough in the pan and mash it to flaatten it.
While frying the first side side of the dough, we have to distribute the Sardinian in pieces , and then when it's alreay fried , we have to flip it and we start to fry the surface full of sardines.
The taste varies depending on the quantity of Sardinian used and the variation of the cooking time.
It is preferibly served hot.
